Transactions - Sessions Tab
The sessions tab is an overview of all cashier sessions whether signed in or signed out (deassigned). Session data should match the deassign slips and cashier terminal data at all times throughout the shift. The sessions tab show data for online and inhouse sales. Online terminals are signed in 24-7-365 and sorted by secondary providers (Retriever Tickets, Fandango, Atom, etc.). Please review all cashier details available in the sessions tab.
The transactions tab breaks out each individual order recorded inside of the cashier session. Click on the Cash Orders '+ icon' or the Credit Orders '+ icon' to display a list of orders. Cash Voids, Clear Sales, and Credit Voids may also be evaluated individually in the transactions tab. Once a session has been closed, drawer counts and final over/shorts will be displayed. To look up transactions from past days, set the business date back to the date of the transaction. Be aware that advanced day transactions are listed in this tab on the day they were purchased.
Search orders by Order Number, Loyalty/Gift Card Number, or email account. Note that you must set a start date to search past transactions. If trying to find a transaction from last year, select a range to search by changing both start and end dates.
To view past orders, select a start date, enter an order number and click the search button. A list of all orders related to your search will appear in the Order List Box. Select the order you are looking for and the details will be displayed in the detail box.
Loyalty Card Lookup
Your loyalty program is key to bringing back loyal customers and the quality of your loyalty program can also increase new business. The loyalty tab will assist you in quickly finding any discrepancies in your loyalty points tally or tracking down when a card was last used. This loyalty area is accessible to all manager-level employees. There is a second loyalty area that is used for adding and editing customer loyalty cards (you cannot edit user information for app users).

Search App ID Number Button
After adding the App ID Alpha-Numeric Number into the text box, click this button to display a history of the user's App ID.
Many theaters use printed barcodes for coupons, promotions, and customer appreciation. Barcoded vouchers, coupons, prepaid tickets, will generally have an expiration date, a purchase location, a price associated with the voucher, and the order number upon which the voucher or coupons was created. There is also usually a heading or reference for what the Voucher or Coupon is to be redeemed.
Type the barcode into the text area and click Search.
